Yes, your account will always need to have at least 5 full-access users.
Your clients can log in to Celoxis to monitor progress and collaborate on projects if you provide them access. Client access is free, but has limited functionality. Clients can view their projects, check project status, participate in designated project discussions and upload/download documents from a designated project folder. Clients can also collaborate on custom apps like issues, helpdesk tickets, etc. if you grant them access.
You can pay by credit card or international bank wire. U.S. customers can also pay by check. Indian customers can pay via RTGS or NEFT. Note: all bank charges are to be borne by the customer.
No. These are named licenses. This means that if you have 5 user licenses you can only add 5 users with login accounts. Celoxis licenses are transferable in the event an employee leaves the organization.
The minimum commitment for the hosted service is 1 month. You can cancel your service any time. However, no refunds are offered for the unused portion of time. To cancel your account, please contact our support desk.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, we do provide a no-obligation free 14-day trial, so you can verify if the application suits your needs. After the free trial, you can start a monthly subscription to reduce your risk. Once you are confident, you can sign up for a longer commitment to take advantage of our long term commitment discounts.

Yes, you can purchase additional licenses any time. If you are on a subscription plan, the licenses will co-terminate with your other licenses.

On-premise customers will also be charged a pro-rated support fee if they are in a maintenance contract.

You can upgrade (e.g. purchase additional users or change billing frequency from monthly to yearly) at any time. However, you can downgrade (e.g. reduce the number of users or change billing frequency from yearly to monthly), only after your current plan expires.

We do not offer the provision of reducing users for increased duration. For example, halve the number user licenses but double the duration instead.
