Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have an MBA in Sales, 1-2 years of experience and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Attend prospect calls and assist with follow-up actions.
  • Engage in smooth, informal conversations with prospects and customers while actively listening to their needs.
  • Schedule and coordinate follow-up meetings with prospects.
  • Document key details from meetings and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Update and manage the CRM system (HubSpot experience preferred).
  • Provide periodic sales reports and insights to the team.
  • Follow up on sales action items to ensure timely progress.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining prompt, courteous communication and addressing any concerns.

Key Requirements

  • MBA in Sales or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to engage in casual, personable conversations with clients and team members.
  • Strong listening skills and a genuine care for customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to follow instructions scrupulously and respond quickly to emails.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems; knowledge of HubSpot is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
